What coaching is...

Client-centered & Forward-focused

Coaching is an intentional conversation in which the coach uses inquiry and feedback to support self-directed learning, increased self-awareness, and the enhanced capacity to thrive. The coaching approach is built on the science and application of well-being, change management, and individualized learning.

Coaching may address specific personal projects, life transitions, business success, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession.

Coaching is a customized and holistic development process that provides deep behavioral insights and learning while accelerating personal growth through a sense of empowerment and agency.

Coaching sessions may include the use of structured conversations, guided exercises, and review of assessment tools (evaluating strengths and challenges), feedback, and homework as well as identification of measures of

success. I understand that you will identify and prioritize goals and enhance your use of self as a change agent.
